NYC’s Bryce Shuman comes to PX+ Festival to partner with the epic London Log Co. to do a vegetable forward,  all live fire tasting menu. Vegetable forward but not vegetarian, expect to find tasty fire roasted bits from Joshua Applestone’s heritage pork and more!

Featuring the fresh and local produce of the England's finest season, Bryce uses the sweet chestnut and birch of the Kent woodlands to coax unique textures and flavours from our local growers finest. No stoves, sous vide, ovens allowed. Only the sweet blue smoke Mark Parr and Julian Brown provide.

Two of the UK’s greatest Sake communicators, Honami Matsumoto, Kikisakeshi-qualified sake sommelier (WSET educator, Houseof Sake) and Oliver Hilton-Johnson, Director of award winning Tengu Sake are bringing their finest to pair with the evening as the coals glow into the night.

a.dessertbar, created by the rising pastry chef, Andrew Sutton will preview at PX+ Festival before its launch in London. 


The modern dessert bar will serve a unique tasting menu catering to all five senses and celebrating unusual couplings of flavours; with each course having a specially crafted pairing to enhance the experience. 


Tickets for a.dessert bar will go live on 1st July.
