with a communal table stretching out over the horizon the PX+ restaurant will host dinner each evening with guest chefs, sommeliers and bartenders with a stellar FOH team. 60 covers per service, these will be extraordinary experiences, especially created for the hospitality industry. Tickets will be released on 1st July, first come first served.

Alessandro will be curating a special Cook It Raw experience at PX+ Festival as well as hosting the Lets Talk About It barn.
Cook It Raw is a conduit between emerging chefs, culinary luminaries, producers and—in a sense—nature itself.
Over the past nine years, Cook It Raw has successfully hosted exciting gatherings in Denmark, Italy, Lapland, Japan, Poland, U.S.A., Mexico, Canada, Norway. Showcasing ideas, issues, people and ingredients that are fundamental to the iconic, site-specific cuisines in each place.
Based on dialogue, reflection, experimentation and collaboration, the ultimate goal is to explore exhilarating possibilities of sustainable food-ways that these encounters can offer and to drive change.

a.dessertbar, created by the rising pastry chef, Andrew Sutton will preview at PX+ Festival before its launch in London.
The modern dessert bar will serve a unique tasting menu catering to all five senses and celebrating unusual couplings of flavours; with each course having a specially crafted pairing to enhance the experience.
Tickets for a.dessert bar will go live on 1st July.
